update

things are going good. I should have some new pictures soon. im going to haarlem on friday and im finally getting my new bike on Wednesday. Also like i posted earlier you can look up my pictures on flcker.com my screenname is ksessions90
It can be very tough at times, but i do really enjoy it. Hidde is halrious, he says some really funny things, although i cant understand alot of it when his parents translate its very very funny. May is Very cuddly and loves attention, she really is a girly girl.
I went to huizen yesterday and it was nice accept i felt like an outsider. but i guess that will get better.. talk to u soon

in holland

so i arrived 2 days ago and i already feel like the guy in lost in translation.. The airplane ride was a mess and my luggage got lost in the process, it finally arrived 2 nights ago. when i got to London I got lost had to take a bus to the next terminal and got really confused when i had to go through security, right when i got a chance i ran to the bathroom and sat in a stall for a bit to try and hide. The drive to the house was beautiful, holland is a really wonderful place. I think the hardest part about being here is the kids not knowing english. Hidde (the boy) is great; he listens and helps me with my dutch, he's barely 5 and he picks up on my English quick. today on the way back from amsterdam he was teasing me in the car and instead of saying "nay" he would say the english word "no" and then smile at me. May (the girl) is difficult, she doesnt like to listen and is really standoffish, she can be a little snot if im not careful, but she can also be sweet and cuddely its difficult because she doenst understand that i dont know that much dutch. This afternoon a silly thing happened, i was watching the kids and May was trying to ask for a coloring book but i didnt understand and hidde yells and says (in dutch) " May she doesnt understand ur dutch!" it was silly because i knew what he was saying but i had no idea what may was saying; after i while i finally figured it out.. Im going to go out tonight with some girls; they invited me to go to a bbq and out to amsterdam, im excited because at least they speak english. This house is amazing by the way; they have a ton of money, they bought me this sweet new laptop and i really love it! They are very flexible and are helpful when i need stuff, i asked if i could go out tonight and they were like, "of course! do u need any money?" i responded with something like i only have debit card and they said "o we will give you like 100euros so u can have some extra cash in case u get stuck in amsterdam or something.....i was like uhh ok thanks :) My room is almost done! They are really spoiling me, there putting a big tv in my new room with new furniture, and a surround sound; z also said he was going to give me an ipod to put some music on, they are really nice! well im gonna get ready to go so....email me if ur ever bored or something!

I leave in a week! Im getting nervous! I got an email that my room is now in construction, it is supposed to be done in a few weeks! Hopefully these last few days in america will be good ones! I will be sure to create a video post when I arrive in Amsterdam!
